Complementing this expertise, Colleen, is also a skilled Plant Medicine Facilitator in the Peruvian Mestizo Tradition, integrating shamanic journeying and Sacred Plant Wisdom into the healing process. Investigate how patriarchal structures shape traditional roles, expectations, and narratives around food. Explore how societal expectations contribute to body image issues. Analyze the influence of media, advertising, and cultural norms on the perception of an "ideal" body.
Gut Health and Anti- Inflammatory Foods
Learn how to deeply nourish yourself without dieting. The gut is interconnected with the brain. Healing your gut and decreasing inflammation in your body with plant foods supports the process of all the emotional healing and healing GI issues such as painful bloating, constipation & diarrhea
